what's left on the fridge: it's tofu!
wake up too late and forget that i haven't fill the fridge with some veggies. watta great combination, right? then i opened the fridge and found tofu, hanging on alone. oh, they were not alone, i forget to mention that they're accompanied by carrots and eggs. let's do something with them!
i named it TOFU NUGGET.
i prepared the TOFU itself, along with CARROT, some EGGS, GARLIC CLOVES, BREADCRUMBS, CORN STARCH and a sachet of powdered instant MILK.
how to make it? mash some garlic cloves, then mash the tofu. blend it all with some salt and pepper as you like. pour the powdered milk, corn starch, carrot and mix it with eggs. steam it till it's done. let it cold for a while. then cut in a shape you like, pour it to mashed egg, then pour it to the breadcrumbs and fried it with a light fire (so that you have a well done nugget inside) till a bit brown.
it can be a snack or just eat it with rice and some veggies for lunch. kinda easy, ya?
